  The food here tastes great, but waits can be a bit long. Although the food is great, I have had my order messed up a few times. The service always handles it really well, though. Just call them if it happens to you. Very great restaurant!

  Thirty minutes for a Crunchwrap Supreme, Grilled Steak Burrito, and a Taco Supreme. They didn't put steak in the Steak Burrito, it and the Crunchwrap barely had grill marks. The food was cold. Thirty minutes, in store. Service was horrific. We shan't return. This TB is a zit on the reputation of TB. It should either be closed, or completely restructured.

  I normally hate leaving negative reviews, but today was the last straw. I understand places are busy during rush hour but I have been to this taco bell around 12 pm, around 2:30 pm, and around 5:30 pm and it's always the slowest taco bell I have ever been in. Today I was there from 12:09 til 12:25. When I finally got my order, the shell of the crunchy taco was stale and there was no sour cream on my chalupa. I requested the tomatoes be taken off which they did, but I did not request no sour cream, which is one of my favorite parts of the taco.
  This place is also a KFC. To the manager, if you can't manage both restaurants than get rid of one and focus on the other.
